EU funded training courses in coaching: you can apply now!

The deadline for the new EU grant for adult education and trainings is February 5, 2019. If you start contacting us now, we will be able to help you organise and start up during the coming weeks.

If your organisation wants to apply for a grant of the Erasmus+ KA1 EU fundings, please contact us now.  The training course Working on agency “From burden to talent” is still open for applicants, when they are legal entities working in the field of adult education.

Ambassadors of European Brains @ Work in different countries have been and are now being trained with EU funding under KA1 of Erasmus+. These courses aim on training in coaching and leadership for strengthening and empowerment of organisations in Europe that service adults with special brains. 

These trainings in coaching adults / employees with AD(H)D, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Giftedness and autism. These courses aim at staff, active members, and volunteers of organisations for people with these special brains. Some participating countries are: Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Schotland, England, Luxembourg, Craotia and Cyprus.

This can be almost fully funded under the Erasmus+ programme KA1 education and training, of the EU. The deadline is the the beginning of February 2019, so email us as soon as possible.

The Equisto EU funded training course

“From burden to talent”

From burden to talent is a training in how to coach people with ADHD, ADD, autism, giftedness, dyslexia and dyscalculia. This course provides up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, etc. This course focuses on specific coaching tools for people with these features. It also trains you how to support employers to see that 10% of their employees with special brains can be of great use to organisations. A final focus is on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer, from a perspective of strength instead of disability. (November 2019, Netherlands)

Up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, autism and giftedness. This course focuses specifically on:

1) specific coaching tools for people with these features 

2) training how to cooperate with employers (companies, local and national governments, learning institutions etc) and to talk to them about the at least 10% of their employees with special brains and how they can be of great use to organisations.Which is one of the aims of European Brains @ Work.

Furthermore focus: on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer from strength instead of disability, developing skills and a new perception/attitude about these features in order to raise awareness and influence the discourse in your country about this 10% of the employee population en translation of good practices into the situation in your specific country and the status and needs present.
