“From burden to talent”
From burden to talent is a training in how to coach people with ADHD, ADD, autism, giftedness, dyslexia and dyscalculia. This course provides up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, etc. This course focuses on specific coaching tools for people with these features. It also trains you how to support employers to see that 10% of their employees with special brains can be of great use to organisations. A final focus is on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer, from a perspective of strength instead of disability. (November 2019, Netherlands)
Up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, autism and giftedness. This course focuses specifically on:
1) specific coaching tools for people with these features
2) training how to cooperate with employers (companies, local and national governments, learning institutions etc) and to talk to them about the at least 10% of their employees with special brains and how they can be of great use to organisations.Which is one of the aims of European Brains @ Work.
Furthermore focus: on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer from strength instead of disability, developing skills and a new perception/attitude about these features in order to raise awareness and influence the discourse in your country about this 10% of the employee population en translation of good practices into the situation in your specific country and the status and needs present.
